Giovanni Barbato was born in Padua in 1974. Graduated in architecture from the University of Venice, he perfected his style and hand by attending an Industrial Design course in Padua. The curriculum is enriched with the Abate Zanetti school of Murano, where the passion for glass is cultivated with the utmost attention. In the school, Giovanni Barbato comes into contact with the prestigious local glass factories, establishing partnerships and collaborations that see him signing artistic design projects from an early age in favor of numerous companies on the island of Murano. Thanks to the experience gained in the field, Giovanni Barbato becomes one of the leading designers in the lighting scene, as well as in the Italian one. The artistic hand of the designer Giovanni Barbato has peculiarities that distinguish it in the sector: the shapes are very simple and essential, clean and unique, designed to recreate the perfect movement in the overall geometry.
